Not terrible, could be much better – VoteSpotter Review

Definitely has a liberal/Democrat bias. I don't begin to believe its polling results. If your rep does not vote on a specific bill, you can't express an opinion of your own on that bill. Otherwise lets you keep track of what your reps are up to, which is good.
