I'm coordinating an international trip with 14 friends and need an easy and complete way to track expenses incurred before and during the trip. Although most expenses will be shared equally, I wanted an easy way to identify line item expenses (like replacing forgotten toiletry items) within a broader purchase that should be charged to specific individuals. This was a snap and will definitely help to keep the peace with such a large group. I also wanted an easy way to convert expenses incurred in a foreign currency to USD. Again...did it with ease.
