Can't restore purchase – 123 Toddler games for 2 years+ Review

I unlocked the full version of this app, then had to delete it from my iPad at one point. I just went to add it back and now I can't unlock the full version without paying $5 again...a bit frustrated since I also can't find how to contact the company. My kids love these puzzles and they are good for the 2-3yr old range but they master them quickly.
