Getting More User Friendly – CUJO Review

After 8 months of use, CUJO still hasn't quite emerged from what looks and feels like a beta state. I've been through three separate hardware configurations, and after buying different modem/router and wireless access hardware, CUJO finally seems to be working in bridge mode. CUJO's tech help is pretty good, but the app that controls CUJO is less than intuitive. There is no app for iPads, but I found it possible to download the iPhone app and import it onto my iPad via iTunes. Despite all kinds of assurances that CUJO is keeping me safe from bad guys, in a kind of simplistic "CUJO knows best" approach, I still would like to know exactly what CUJO really is doing. That's especially important as CUJO is a subscription service.
