Orders don't exist when I go to pickup – Smiling Moose Deli Review

This app has a serious issue with ordering. Sometimes I'll get an error with my payment but the order goes through and I get charged. So I try to complete the order again and still get an error and I get charged AGAIN. Sometimes the order seems to go through just fine but the store has no record of my order and I have to pay again. All the payments have been credited back but it is an app designed for one purpose and it doesn't do it correctly. There is no loyalty or order history. I have no reason to use this app.
