Was fun until I upgraded – Save The Prince Review

This game was fun so I upgraded & paid for full game. Ever sense then it has a downloading message over the game play that never goes away. The game is unplayable. I have sent several messages to support & no one ever contacts me back. Either fix the issue or refund needs to happen.
