Fun game, disappointing company – Restaurant Island: Manage your gourmet paradise! Review

Contacted the company about an issue I was having. Never responded. Tried to uninstall to fix the issue forgetting that you had to transfer the game or else you lose all of your saved progress... And I lost my game. Ive tried to contact them multiple times only to be ignored. Lost a level 63 restaurant. Very disappointed... Would love to play the game again, but unfortunately I can't.
