Frustrated that gems don't download – Triple Lab Review

I tried to download gems and received a message the purchase was successful. Then I received an error message. I never received the gems. I tried to reboot my IPad and they still never showed up. I tried to purchase a couple more times and got the same successful message and then error message. I have not received the gems. I went on the Internet and asked for a refund since I was charged for the purchases. I am afraid to make any purchases because I don't want to be charged again and not receive the items. Please check into why the in app purchases are not working. Thank you.
