What gives? – Button Up Review

I just purchased the package and confirmed it twice and it will not let me change the buttons or the background. Tried 9 times and it also refused to let me send feedback concerning this problem. After several tries, I got the facebook page to work but have doubts that it will make any difference. Took several tries to get this area to hold too. Please fix the problem soon so I do not have to consider this another con job.
