App doesn't work!!! – Bingo Rush 2 Review

I've been playing this game for several years now and it's never worked fully. I've never been able to link with my Facebook and just recently I've made several purchases of credits. I am unable to use them because the game gets stuck loading and I'm unable to collect my free credits. Is there any hope of a fully functional app and gaming experience anytime soon??? I love this game and wish to continue playing for many more years to come. I see that I'm not the only one experiencing these issues.
