Game is locked up – Bingo Rush 2 Review

I tried using the contact in settings but they responded as not affiliated any longer. My game has been locked up. I'm upgraded, I've turned off/on, I've waited for days. I had just purchased elite and used lots of tickets. I was on a roll having fun. Please get my game operating again. Lost a lot of opportunities for my 3 hours tickets. Help.
