App doesn't work – Olumia Life Review

I loved this app at first! I was enjoying the workouts which started at my level. At the end of week two, and after they charged me, it stopped working and the exercises are stuck. I contacted them and they said they're working on it...for a week and a half or more. No resolution and they have stopped communicating with me!
