I used to love this app – TopIQ Kids Learning Games for Preschool & Kindergarten Review

My kids as well but the support and service is horrible. It's supposed to teach across multiple platforms. I paid the subscription every month and all my kids get the same thing. Booted and unable to do anything. Tells me to subscribe but I already have. Even if it went by each kid it still isn't working I've emailed support many times and have gotten an automatic response telling 24-48 hour wait time. I've done this multiple times over the last year. I am highly disappointed as I have recommended this app many times(before all this) to friends and family. My son is autistic and doesn't understand why his favorite app doesn't work. I even recommended it to his teachers and therapists. Idk why happened but you guys must just be greedy or confused. I'm an upset mother with an upset autistic son and two other kids who love to learn as well. My oldest used agnitus for the last few years.
