Lovecraftian names but not very weird – Darkness Myth Review

I was expecting some weird fiction, some tentacles, fish people, cult activity, some real lovecraftian twists to this one, but they basically just used the names of Lovecraftian gods for an okay ordinary girl meets god LOVE sim. I only played one route, and while I thought it was nice, I wish we had had some cut illustration, at least one for the big kiss and"Iloveyou" confessions. I'm interested in trying the villains route tho because he was a sympathetic villain. So not a bad game, but if you're a Lovecraft fan you'll be disappointed as the gods are used in name alone. I took Nyarlathoteps route and he was an honest tsundere.
