If you don't know how to keep your phone/device in sleep/silent/Do Not Disturb mode, then please research the numerous ways and how-to's that do not interfere with Carrot or any other alarm-type app. The point of an alarm is to wake you up and is therefore, annoying. If you don't want to be annoyed, get rid of your alarm, never wake up and ... Carrot rocks BECAUSE 'She' is annoying, loud, obnoxious and makes you want to smash your phone/device to bits (like an epic fitness trainer).
