Can't watch on 4G or 3G – Splus (HD Live Mobile TV) Review

I can't watch any movies on 3G or 4G cellular data. I can only watch movies on Wifi. This is really annoying because I have to travel a lot and wifi is not always available where I go. It should be allowed to work on 3G or 4G too.
