Surprised! – UnleashMe Review

I Heard of the app through a friend and was a little skeptical. But after giving it a try it really helped me become more aware of my current feelings and what tends to set me off. It's very easy to use and intuitive. I think this could be especially helpful with children and also something to share with our therapists.
