Too many ads – MOGO SAGA: First Trip Review

Pros: It's a very fun and addictive game somewhat like CarrotFantasy Cons: Way too many ads. They make you sit through an ad after each and every attempt at a level, which is very frustrating and makes you want to stop playing. I would gladly pay to eliminate the ads. You can only play about four or five times before they stop you and then you have to wait some time before you can play again (or pay a dollar for gems). This is a great way to make people stop playing your game and never come back to it. The game is a little buggy. Sometimes invisible monsters come out and you can't put down towers because you can't see them. And sometimes it just crashes. There are a few levels that are extremely difficult to pass and you need to buy some gems to buy stuff to allow you to pass the level and move on. The problem is that the gems are very expensive. One dollar worth of gems is only enough to get you through one difficult level or two if you're very good and frugal with your gems. Also when you complete a stage and move into another stage, you'd better have earned enough stars or you can't continue. Again you'd have to either buy gems or go back and try to earn more stars on the difficult levels you barely passed; of course that will probably cost you more gems meaning real money. So if you're willing to put up with tons of ads and willing to spend lots of dollars for gems, this is a fun game and recommended. If not, I discovered another game at the App Store that is almost exactly like this one, but minus all the ads and minus the playtime limits. It's called Guardians Royal Journey. I highly recommend that instead of being aggravated with this one.
