I don't get it – Fjuul - Healthy Activity Coach Review

I upgraded to premium bc I thought it was going to give me tips on how to improve my fitness level. I honestly can't see how this app has any value whatsoever. A lot of apps track nutrition and activities. This app unfortunately gives me no useful information
