My problem with this guide : it gives the impression that there is a lot of strategy involved in Boom Beach. In reality, there's only one: Bring Money. A LOT of it. That is the only strategy you can hope to use in a rigged game that only matches you with bases 10-15 levels above you, that is a scam designed in every possible way to just bleed you dry.
