Can't even sign up – Walk Against Humanity Review

This app seems really neat, not that I would know. Once I had my info filled out to sign up and pressed "sign up" it displayed an error code but not the whole thing. "Cannot sign up without a pas..." I don't know even remotely how to solve this problem.
