Crashes at title screen – Another Case Solved Review

I used to play this a lot, now every time I start up the app it crashes at the title screen. I deleted app once, even though I had gotten pretty far in the game, and started over from the beginning. It worked for three weeks or so, until it reverted back to crashing every time I opened it...... based on the reviews many people are having this problem, yet the problem is not being fixed ? I will keep this game on my iPad for a little while longer to see if customer support addresses this problem with IT
