Umm... – Another Case Solved Review

I love this game it's awesome and all that but for a while now I've been wondering what the coffee, notepad and footprint are. I try clicking it but nothing happens yet it says I have 7 uses left??? And the cost next to it also confuses me. Anyone know what that is?
