Game is great but... – Solar Siege Review

Game overall is pretty remarkable. I've been waiting for a game like this for several years now and I'm definitely excited for this release. However, the primary thing that's ticking me off is that the "bucks" rewarded after missions are inadequate for the way that upgrades work in this game. I'm all for earning currency to buy upgrades to make the experience more enjoyable but when it takes 4-10 missions (which can easily surpass an hour of gameplay time) to upgrade ONE piece of equipment 5-10% (This is not accounting for the cost to unlock the equipment) it becomes tedious. It is also important to keep this in mind after considering that the costs become greater per upgrade. Aside from that particular detail the game is very aesthetically pleasing, challenging, and fun. All I ask is that either upgrade the percentage by which upgrades go up or or to increase the amount of bucks rewarded per mission to make it easier to reach those higher tier upgrades. I'm excited for what is to come and I will gladly change my review if something is done to mend that particularly tedious mechanic
