Great app – ArtEffect: Art Filters Pic Effects, Photo Editor Review

I've been using Prisma for something close to a year, this a much better app. It has more filters, and of ones that are the same they appear to render better in this app. I will say that the ads are annoying, as is paying to get rid of the logo when Prisma lets you do that for free. You can pay to get rid of both though. I will definitely continue using this.
