This company fails to pay their artists. You have to attempt to contact them multiple times every time you make a sale and still sometimes have to wait MONTHS to actually get paid. They have zero respect for their artists, the people who create the only product they sell. Then they require that the artist pay for the "free shipping" they artist at a highly inflated wait (and pocket some extra cash on this in addition to their commission) Artists are also required to pay for the "transaction fee" before they come in and scoop 30% off the top. Vango will charge you by far the highest commission while at the same time providing you the worst service with absolutely no respect whatsoever. This company, its employees, and it's owner/ founder have blatantly lied to me on many occasions and have the audacity to deny and create excuses EVERY SINGLE TIME. ARTISTS BEWARE! Use Etsy, EBay, Saatchi, or any other platform as these folks have zero respect for you.
