Horrible Customer Service

I have worked with this company for a few years and customer service is not a priority. Phone messages and emails go unanswered. The owner is very quick to complain on Twitter about poor customer service that he receives from other companies but does not provide the service that he excepts. Working with Vango has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I love this app when viewing art but currently none of the images are loading on my iPad. Please fix this.

They are not returning emails. The site is out of business as of July 2018. Something strange going on. Great app but who is running this? As an artist I shipped 3 pieces and never got paid as Vango claimed they were lost. Crooks!!! - No direct customer contact - they closed and didn’t let the artist know. And kept one on my paintings and kept money and did not pay me for items shipped the week they folded. Ethan said he would call me and never did . The site is gone !!! August 2018 update Buyer and artist beware.
Hasn’t been supported lately

No updates for 4 months. Doesn’t load most images. Can’t see the art so can’t buy it. I’ve tried multiple WiFi/cellular connections so it’s not a data connection problem.

High ratings are heavily skewed by sellers reviews. 1. Expected quality art but you have to wade through tons of bad to find a good one. 2. Prices are tend to be higher. Probably because they account for Vango”s cut 3. Difficult to find using keywords, cannot figure how search works 4. Since there is no curation the quality of art is all over the place
