Great idea, doesn't work – CARROT Alarm - Talking Alarm Clock Review

While a good idea in theory, I have not gotten this alarm to work properly even when following instructions to keep the app open, keeping my phone off silent, etc. Please fix this or give me my money back. Thanks.
