Ink to text good. Combine pages- terrible. – Wacom Inkspace App Review

So it works with decent efficiency letting me take notes, and then capture those notes digitally, and translate those notes to text. It drops a page here or there, which can be frustrating, and the text recognition is decent but not great, but overall it does the job ok. It also can export to Evernote and OneNote and others. What would be Much smarter is if it let you export the image alongside the text into a single note - so that when you're in Evernote, correcting the 20-40% of text that it got wrong, you have the original right there. Where it fails is the "combine pages" functionality. If you take 10 pages of notes in a meeting, it would be nice to make that one note that is 10 pages long- and one export to Evernote or OneNote or whatever. Except that's not what combine pages does. It merges all pages into one note One Page Long, all on top of each other. So instead of 10 pages of notes, I have one page of gobbledygook. EDIT: it is apparently possible to go back and re "split" pages laid on top of each other accidentally. So at least the combine mess can be undone. Why on earth would ANYONE think that's the way "combine pages" would work??? Did this not go through a single user test? This might be nice for a one page note you started and then finished later. But that seems like a much weaker use case than merging multiple pages of notes into one long note. 3 stars for the core functionality working decently. Negative 2 stars for that monstrosity of a broken feature that is "combine pages".
