App won't install, iOS 6.16 apparently too old? – iHome Set Review

The iHome Set description says this version is compatible with iOS up to version 7. I have an old iPod Touch limited to iOS 6.16, yet when installing I get a notice saying it is too old. What sort of SQA does this company have?
