Great idea poor implementation – Grafio 4 - Diagram Maker Review

They had some great ideas but works horribly. If you draw a rectangle and it is angled then it creates the shape but keeps it angled. And yes I set the angle setting properly. The most annoying part is the orange line that appears in the middle of my screen and won't go away. Even if I create a new diagram. Also the undo does not work. I click on it and nothing happens. Was working when I first played with it but now I can't use it. Like I said great ideas poor execution. How do I get my money back?
