No updates to content on paid Live Channels – KORTV : Korean live TV, K-Pop, K-Drama Review

KorTV offers a number of in-app purchases for various channels and content. One of the "Premium Live" channels is the ETN K-Pop channel. Originally, going back to KorTV's availability on Apple TV, this channel updated its programming weekly every Weds. or Thurs. to show new, current music videos. Starting in 2016, the weekly updates completely stopped. Instead, the ETN K-Pop channel went 8 months from January to August 2016 showing the same rotation of music videos every singe night. Finally, in August the content was updated to a new music videos. However, again it has not updated in almost 5 months. This is a premium paid content channel that has only updated its content twice in over a calendar year. Attempts to contact KorTV via their website, direct email or Facebook page have been futile with literally no response forthcoming from their Support Team. Apple really needs to curate these applications better and pull Companies like KorTV that do not provide proper support or provide the content that subscribers are paying monthly subscription fees that Apple collects via the iTunes store..
