It used to be beneficial. Not anymore. – TabbedOut - Pay Your Tab with Your Phone Review

I was a big fan of the TO app but now that so many restaurants and bars no longer participate, I don't see why I need this app taking up space on my iPhone. Also, I don't see any promotions for any of the nearby establishments. It used to be like a mobile coupon but now they can't find vendors to participate, I assume.
