Cinch app controller connect does not work – Cinch Gaming Review

I have an iPhone 7 and installed the cinch gaming app to pair with my new cinch tech controller. When I go into connect controller (with Bluetooth turned on) it just says no devices found. I try the scan button and nothing happens, just continues to read no devices found. I've repeatedly tried and even reset the controller but cannot get the app and controller to communicate. Manual remap works just fine but cannot get the app to find controller to change led, remap buttons, ext... PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!! $230 is a lot of money to spend on a controller and not get all the potential features out of. So I give 1 star until this issue is solved (because I'm not able to give 0 stars).
