Hoping for more – Play-Doh TOUCH Review

I haven't had any of the stability issue others are complaining of. That's a total bummer for a kid. I'm using an iPad Mini 4 with no issue. I'm annoyed with the in-app purchase. You've got my $40 for the set, do you really need to nickel and dime me for the extra settings? An app to support an overpriced toy really shouldn't require this. (Let's be honest, this is a $10 Play Doh set without the app capabilities.) The lack of any sort of explanation beyond the brief tutorial on how to capture a creation is also frustrating. My five-year-old was frustrated that she couldn't understand when a new character was stored or lost, and discern this from creating background items. She was hoping to create multiple characters that could interact. Dunno if this is possible because the app isn't intuitive and includes no instruction on such things. It's a good idea with lots of potential, but seems half-baked at the moment. Truly hoping this project isn't abandoned, as it can be so much more.
