Great concept. Not so good execution. – SupaPass: VIP access Review

Fair Trade music is a wonderful concept, and I really hope that this service becomes a saving grace for artists around the globe...but this app is super glitchy, and missing one important feature that affected my experience right off the bat. 1) Although the website allowed to sign up using my Facebook account there was no button on the app's login page that allowed me to sign in using my account. As a result I had to reset my password in order to login on the app. 2) Videos in the app need better Compression. They are much too big to stream to iPhone. Which leads me to number three... 3) Every time I play a video the app ends up crashing...if it doesn't crash the video will horribly buffer throughout to the point the viewer will not be able to enjoy it. If you guys look into these issues while working on your next update then I see a lot of potential in this service.
