App Doesn't Work on iPad Pro – Drawing Maps - Draw on Map, POI Locations Mapper, Route Art Painter Review

I was hoping this would be helpful in illustrating development concepts quickly, however when I start the app it has a "how to move a paper" tutorial that is frozen and will not move on on my iPad Pro.
