Won't Load – Dog Whistle & Training - Free Sound Trainer App Review

I downloaded this app expecting it to work because I have other apps from this company, and when I opened it, it was stuck on a black screen. I waited, and waited and it still didn't load. And for this reason, I would rate this app 1 star.
