Very useful – Ensō | Meditation Timer & Bell Review
As a neuroimaging researcher I got interested in benefits of mindfulness meditation a while ago. I started trying meditation using this app, it is very simple and effective in breaking each sessions into intervals which is relevant in almost all forms of popular meditations, I have completed 300+ sessions with this app and i really appreciate the clean and zen like design of the app.
Suggestion for the developers: usability wise, i have a apple watch and i would love a similar standalone apple watch app that does the same exact thing without the need of bringing an iphone to meditation, please consider adding this functionality.
