Cannot restore purchases on new phone – 12 Week Trainer with James Alexander-Ellis, Adam Parr, & Mark Smith by BodyPower Review

This app was great and I have it on my old phone buttt, I got a new phone and it does not allow me to restore my purchases on the app. Please fix this problem. There is an "App Support" selection next to the "Write a Review" tab. I hope that they can fix the problem or refund all of us back out money otherwise...
