Stopped updating the status of the vehicle – BMW i Remote – North America Review

Same opinion as the user below. It has been serving well but exactly on 11/30/2016, it stopped updating the status of the vehicle and I can't check my charging status. I can still remotely do all functions but it is quite annoying that I don't know where I am on charging. Can anyone fix this???
