We've managed two beer league teams with this for the last 18 months.. doesn't get easier than one letter (Y or N) in/out TXT notifications... You can choose to have your roster (or line pairings if you make them, handy "copy previous" + drag and drop function included for this) sent out automatically prior to games; guys can leave notes or simply check out if unable to play. Send one reminder or several. Infinitely customizable and easy to use, everything from beer duty to stats to jerseys. We also tried TeamSnap but prefer BA thanks to clean interface, populous free agency (sub finder) and other unique functions... Centralized roster mgmt and comm functions makes everything easier for everyone... App is frequently tweaked yet has never crashed! Highly recommended.
