Can't get perk card – Perk Wallet Review

I have emailed several...several times about not getting my perk card. First I couldn't order the card then finally got it ordered but still haven't received it. It's been five months of trying and all I got from support is an automated response. When I finally heard from someone they asked me to send proof of id and ss number... Witch I did and still haven't gotten any card. So now I have started all over again and applied for the card again six weeks ago and I haven't heard anything yet. Is this just a scam or what. I want my card
