Ideal for small children – Puzzle Maker for Kids: Create Your Own Jigsaw Puzzles from Pictures - Education Edition Review

The app is great and ad-free, you can remove the notifications to other Scott Adellman apps easily. It does bother me slightly that it limits to 20 puzzles loaded but you can delete others and add new ones at any point. However you can't get over the 24 pieces limitation so I expect my little one will eventually get bored of this.
