Wish I had not downloaded! – Wonder Way — Explore the Hidden World! Review

Customer service is horrible, as in I have been reporting the same problems in multiple venues and have not received a single response. While the game is good, half the time it says no internet connection when there obviously is. I purchased a gem package that gives you an upfront number of gems plus 20 free gems daily for a set number of days and all I got was 4 days of 20 gems and that was it. I also purchased a package of gems in my first game and they never showed up so I started a new game after deleting and reinstalling the game. I asked that they apply the gems to my new game, but never heard from them. On the new game, I made 2 purchases for gems and neither were added to my gem count but I was charged. Also, their FB page says to use the support button to submit problems - only problem is that ¾ of the time the button doesn't show up and when it does, it doesn't do anything but give you a blank page. If customer service had responded and fixed the issues I would have given it 3 or 4 stars.
