Game has screwed me out of $18.99. Can’t get a refund from Apple. Game barely runs correctly even with internet. Had promise of being a great game too!

I am having fun with this game. But now the game app isn’t loading up like it is use to. All I see is 0%. Nothing else.

Seems I’m not the only person having the issue with the game telling you it has no internet connection when you clearly do have internet. Due to this issue I’ve been stuck in the same spot of the game every time it crashes it goes right back to trying to repair the elevator. I’m currently stuck in my room though. I’m deleting this game no point and taking up space on my phone.

The game has an interesting and fun story. It keeps me wanting to know what happens next. Their customer service is wonderful!!! Would love to play more of their games.
