Great App – Plext: License Plate Messaging Review

I've had this app for quite a while now and have sent several messages about terrible drivers. This app can be used to let people know how bad or good their driving is. Or if you see someone cute next to you, you could reach them using this app as long as they have it too. I'd recommend it to anyone who spends time on the road be it a driver (don't text and drive), passengers, bike riders, or anyone. I had a slight issue where my plates had been registered but the developer fixed it and allowed me to register my plates within hours.
