Constant 30 sec ads interrupting game after ad removal purchase. – Top Gear: Caravan Crush Review

Fun, addictive, but I paid for the "coin doubler + ad removal," yet I still constantly get 30 second ads interrupting game play. When I pay for something I expect to receive it.
