Horrible Service, Poor Communication – Luxe - On-Demand Valet Parking & Car Services Review

Absolutely horrible service and horrifying customer service. It took almost an hour to get my car, the app didn't push update and the driver and support failed to update unless prompted by me. All to save a few bucks, novel idea, needs some ironing for the execution. Not an app I'd recommend to a friend or use again.
