Alternating Workouts – 5x5 Workout - Madcow & Reg Park Review

Workouts should alternate. Week 1 starts with the squat, bench press, and row. Week 2 should start with squat, overhead press, and deadlift. Unless there is a way to change this in the app which I haven't found.
